1. Purpose of services

Hirezona provides documentation, work permit and relocation support with employers across Europe (Czech Republic and Slovakia). Hirezona does not directly employ candidates.

2. Eligibility

All applicants must submit genuine personal details and documents. Fake, edited or unverified documentation can lead to cancellation without refund and can also result in legal consequences.

3. Data protection & consent

By submitting your application, you authorise Hirezona to collect, process, store and share your documents and profile with employers, recruiters, labour offices or immigration authorities whenever needed for lawful processing.

4. Fees & payments

All fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated in writing. No payments should be made to personal accounts or unknown persons. Any unofficial or unauthorised payment will not be recognised by Hirezona.

5. Result & outcome

Hiring process timing, selection decisions and salary finalisation are handled entirely by the employer. Hirezona cannot be held responsible for hiring delays, cancellations, or changes of job offer made by the employer.

6. Visa & legal responsibility

Visa issuance, embassy approvals and labour office decisions are controlled by government authorities. Hirezona does not guarantee visa approval or travel clearance. All applicants must follow the immigration laws of the destination country.

7. Refunds

Once any legal processing begins (document verification, employer application or labour office submission), fees paid are non-refundable, except where specifically agreed in writing by Hirezona.

8. Updates & changes

Hirezona reserves the right to modify, change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version is considered valid and binding. If you continue to browse and submit applications through Hirezona, it means you fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
