Hirezona provides recruitment, documentation support and job facilitation with employers across Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and other EU member countries). Hirezona does not directly employ candidates.
All applicants must submit genuine personal details and documents. Fake/edited/unverified documentation can lead to cancellation without refund and can also result in legal consequences.
By submitting your application, you authorize Hirezona to collect, process, store and share your documents and profile with employers, recruiters, labour offices or immigration authorities whenever needed for lawful processing.
All fees, if applicable, will be clearly informed in writing. No payments should be made to personal accounts or unknown persons. Any unofficial or unauthorized payment will not be recognized by Hirezona.
Recruitment process timing, selection decisions and salary finalization are purely handled by the employer. Hirezona cannot be held responsible for hiring delays, cancellations, or changes of job offer made by the employer.
Visa issuance, embassy approvals, and labour office decisions are controlled by government authorities. Hirezona does not guarantee visa approval or travel clearance. All applicants must follow country immigration laws.
Once any legal processing begins (document verification, employer application submission or labour office submission), fees paid are non-refundable, except if specifically mentioned in writing by Hirezona.
Hirezona reserves the right to modify, change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Latest version will be considered valid and binding.
