From employers we collect company and contact-person details. Our website also uses basic technical data (IP address, browser) and cookies needed for it to work.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
To provide the services you ask for — consultation, document preparation, work permit, visa and relocation support (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to meet our legal and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); to protect our legitimate interests, such as handling disputes and improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f)); and, only with your consent, to share your profile with a specific employer or send you news and offers (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Only where needed for your case: public authorities (e.g. the Ministry of the Interior, Labour Office, embassies and consulates); an employer you have agreed we may contact; sworn translators, couriers and accommodation partners; and our IT and service providers (e.g. web hosting, email, cloud storage and form tools). Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; in that case we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your case is active and then for up to 3 years, so we can deal with follow-up questions or claims. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by Czech law. If you only sent an enquiry and did not use our services, we delete your data within 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email info@hirezona.eu.
